You need a little 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5

Just a bit of Kraft, some photos, paper, letters and embellies ;)

This is my Kraft it Up take for April

These Feet are Made for Running - (oh and tripping, but that's another story) I'm pretty sure I kept with this challenge. You have to check it out ;) Dea is always running to where ever he wants to go. I don't think he knows what slow down means and his knees know it now. Fallen down the hill twice in the past three days and now is sporting a nice big gash in his knee. Kept this simple, little bit of Cosmo Cricket , little bit of Hambly and some other cute touches ;)

Fun, Fun, Fun

I felt like a Scrapping Machine on Friday Night, managed the following three layouts in the space of 3 hours. For me thats AMAZING as it usually takes that long for one. They are all quiet simple though and hey sometimes that's cool :) I love that I can do all sorts of styles and that they all work for me. I do think I'm a bit of a doodler though, nothing looks finished until it has some outlines, or a bit of scribble.

Butterflies - Charlottes First day of school :) she looked so cute in her uniform, but I really love this photo, you can tell she was worried about going and staying all day. Spent the morning playing it cool and telling me that she was wanting to go on the bus even, (I took her). hehehehe, definitely her fathers daughter ;) Lots of fun Sass products here, (can you tell I haven't cleaned my papers away yet) with a mix of cool elements, Prima flower, bling and lace; and the fun apple button,

Can We Fix It - After all the rain we had at the end of last year and beginning of this year our driveway turned into one big bog hole. Luke actually was bogged in it one night and I had to take the Prado down to pull him out. We spent an afternoon throwing rocks into the washed out road but unfortunately it didn't make much difference, they sunk as quick as we got them in there. Thankfully it's dried out now, and dad has managed to fix it. We just need another week or two of HOT sunny days and it should be ok (doesn't look like it's going to happen though) Pulled out my October Afternoon from my DT box from Annas for this one.

Here's the Story - another bit of our road, this time not our driveway but this it the northern enterance to our driveway. The road is cut up pretty badly and it's gotten a whole lot worse since I took this photo. Another simple one just to focus on the story, mixed up some Sass, Cosmo Cricket, American Crafts, Echo Park, My Little Shoebox. Just for fun and the memory ;)

Thats it for me, hopefully I have an album to share ;)
I'm going to use all my January dailies, well here's hoping.

The Color Room

Growing Up - My little man after his first hair cut. Changed his look so much and took him from being a baby to a little boy. The Color Room Palette #12, the colours were a little daunting for me, being a HUGE bright lover, but I don't mind how it's turned out :) Little bit of Glimmermist, Prima, Sass, and some other bits and pieces.

What do you think about my background?????
Stamped it with a combination of ink and chalkboard glimmermist.
While it took a little while to do I think I might try this again.
Found the easiest way to apply the glimmermist was with my finger, just sprayed a little bit onto a plate a just kept dipping my finger and smearing onto the stamp :)

I've actually got another LO underway using these colours too.

SBM Celebrate Competition

I created this for the Scrapbooking Memories Celebrate Competition.

If you attended the Papercrafts convention in Brissy you would have seen this hanging on the wall :)

Well as I didn't receive any phonecalls I'm guessing I never won anything from it. bugger. That money would have come in handy about now.

Anyway I just wanted to share :)

Used alot of Prima, Hambly, Websters Pages, Pink Paislee and Scrapware. Really some of my FAV products right now

Challenged

Was feeling a little in need of a challenge last night so I hit the Bon's Girls up for a few different criteria

Well lets see

- I had to use NEWSPAPER
- I had to use only CARD no PP
- Plus NO title or journaling (think this was actually the hardest for me)

*Untitled* - Dea sleeping in his bed with his Puppy, loves him to death, poor bugger needs a bath now though.

Oh and talking about Bon's what's everyone doing next Tuesday Night????????

Don't know about you but I'm going over there to play at their January CC, if it's anything like last month it's going to be FUN, can't wait. The night is already jam packed full of fun.

xx

I'm now off to go and get a product challenge completed for SBM, GORGEOUS product to use so it should be easy.

Scrapping, baking, new life, and belly

A few things to show, not overly happy with most of my scrapping at the moment, all looking a little blah to me. I did manage to play around at the Savvy crop :)

2gether 4eva? - This was for Sar's Blind Scrap challenge, added a little extra and twiddled with it a bit.  Char with Teddy again. She really really loves him.

2009 Faves - Kerryns' Challenge needed atleast 9 photos' of this years Layouts. a few of my favourite layouts from the year. Love how they are all different styles and different sizes too

Daydream Believer - Felicity's first class (which was fabulous) over at Bon's

From 3-14 Months - Another from the Savvy Crop, this is Kayla's Challenge, needed to do a photo a month with jounalling.  How much has the little man grown and changed over tthese past 12 months. He is such a little boy now

See this mag?????
Well inside there is this - my first US Creating Keepsakes publication :)

This is what Dea looks like when he helps me bake, and yep HAS to sit on the counter too. so far this Christmas Season we have made - gingerbread, shortbread, Bailey's rocky road fudge, Choc Cherry Fudge, apricot balls, Reindeer Cupcakes, ummmm and I can't think of the rest.

Beauty in the birth of calves. I'm still yet to witness a birth, kids have seen about 3 so far, but I did manage to get these 'fresh' pics. So incredible, within 15 minutes the calf was standing and sucking and today I've seen it running around with the other calves. Life is amazing.

Kids loved watching the new calf :)

Last but not least, my 30 week belly, I'm still wondering where bub could be and if he/she is doing ok. Hopefully I'll have a lovely sized bubba :)

I'm hoping to get a little creative over the weekend going to have a go at the crop at Bon's......

Have a fabulous weekend
