Honestly these are so yummy you cannot stop at one. My Nan makes them quite often. They are one of my dads favourites as well all my kids :)
Perfect smoko companion or a sneaky treat after the kids have gone to bed with a nice cup of tea (or coffee which ever you prefer)
Here's the recipe
1 heaped cup of self raising flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup melted butter
1. Mix all the ingredients together by hand until well combined.
2. Place teaspoons of mixture into tray.
3. Bake for approx 12min at 180 degrees Celsius.
As I'm trying to reduce the consumption of sugar in our house I generally use half of what is required in recipes. Still tastes as good.
