Sponge Cake

¾cup corn flour

¼cup plain flour

1teaspoon cream tartare

1/2teaspoon bi carb

¾cup castor sugar

4 eggs room temp

2T boiling milk with 1T melted butter

¼teaspoon salt

Beat whites, gradually add salt and sugar til thick

Add yolk, added sifted dry ingredients

Add milk and butter

Mix well

Place in a  LARGE greased tin, or two cake tins

Mod oven, 180-200 10-15 mins or until cooked

Serve with whipped Cream and Strawberries

Loving the look of this and the white choc cheesecake! Will do the cheesecake for hubby's b'day this week.
