Hair Update............

Wow it does pay to get angry :)

Surprisingly I received a phone call from the regional manager from Stefan's last night, apologising profusly, offering me my money back and also offering to fix Charlotte's hair herself. Kept saying that this hairdresser is usually so good and she must have been having a bad day. Bad day sure but to take it out on Charlottes hair, grrrrr. Don't expect it to be perfect, but geez you saw the pics, it's rediculously hacked up.

We had planned on going up to visit my Grandma tomorrow so we're stopping in at the hairdressers on the way through.

Hope Charlottes hair gets fixed up properly.

Of course I'll show you all, probably Friday.

Happy Hump Day
aka Wednesday, if you thought I was crazy

Good... let's hope the regional lady didn't train the hairdresser.

I'm sure it will be alright. Let us know! And post pics!

oh my Nic. Charlotte has beautiful hair and for a hairdresser to do that. Not good. Glad you stood your ground. Glad the regional manager called you. Hope you get someone different to fix her hair.

I hope they fix it, what a mess, even I could have done a better job than that, and I'm not a hairdressser.

I do hope that Charlotte's hair is fixed up. I surprised they call that they person who cut her hair a hairdresser!! I cut my girls hair and am no hairdresser by any means but at least it was all one length.

Luckily the upside is that thankfully her hair will grow back.

I think it is terribly unprofessional for the regional manager to say "she must be having a bad day". Mistakes are made, and the manager should have accepted this and moved on instead of blaming a "bad day". At least they didn't say "Oh it must of been time of the month"....... its terrible for all concerned, the Mum, the child, the hairdresser and the company. I am so glad that Charlotte's hair will be straightened out and threaten her that you will ground her until she is 35 if she ever does this again......

I'm peeing myself right now! I can so totally understand because it has happened to me! As they were cutting my son's hair, I thought OMG... surely she will fix that up... And it was like cutting the legs off a table, it got worse and worse and worse and I gritted my teeth and got sweatier and sweatier and sweatier then, all of a sudden I just wigged out! They promised to fix it up BUT THERE WAS NO FREAKIN' HAIR LEFT! It wasn't pretty... I left the poor girl twitching.

I hope her hair grows quickly and that the improvement isn't a wig!
