Like, so totally popular ;)

lol, not talking about me there that's for sure. It's the name of one of the Nook U classes

We had to lift a lo from one of the DT Members, and I adore Mahlins work and decided to lift this layout of hers

and this is my take on it, no where as fabulous as the original :D

The Bike - Dea and his bike, hmmmm, he takes it everywhere with him, even when we broght it he was riding it in the trolley. Used some Jillibean Soup, October Afternoon, with touches of Scrapware, Heidi Swapp, 7Gypsies and Jo Sonyas. I do like how this has turned out.

Think this leaves me with just one more LO to complete, wow this has been a full on month

Studying is FUN ;)

Who would have thought that going back to school would have been this fun :)

I've missed a couple of classes :( but I'm planning not not missing anymore, going to have to get going to finish two layouts tonight so I can upload tomorrow morning, well that's the plan......

This class was all about shabby, think you all know I love a bit of shabby, distressing, old laces and ribbon, crackle paint, inking, sewing, beautiful vintage looking flowers, a touch of elegance. Yeah I'm loving it.

Waiting - ahhhh by the end of the day I was sooooo sick of waiting. Woke up, had to wait for mum, had to wait in the hairdressers, had to wait for my make up artist, I was dressed, had to wait for my photographer, then I had to wait for the cars. Apparently I was early to the ceremony ;) Loved my wedding, but I'm not the most patient person. Waiting for people just annoys me. lol.

Used the new Prima range Annalee, plus flowers, blingy swirl, mask, that gorgeous spray of glittery goodness, a quick spray with Glimmermist, a touch of Scrapware and topped off with Thickers.

The Color Room

The latest The Color Room Challenge

Using the new Crate Paper Restoration, LOVE this line, can't wait to dig into it a little more, the colours are delish. Only use a tiny bit ;) just to match the colours, loved that I was able to mix it with a little Pink Paislee too

Going it Solo - Dea having his first solo ride on Char's bike. Can't believe that at not even 2 the boy is riding himself, looks like we'll be having to deck him out in some riding gear before too long. Slowly learning that he needs to give it a bit of stick to get it going.

Just a doodled border, was going to sew but at 11pm thought it would be best if I didn't crank up the old noisy hehehee

Some more Scraps :)

Just a couple other things I've been working on of late.

My order from 2peas eventually turned up inside it contained some of the new My Little Shoebox which I just had to use for the MLSB challenge that 2Peas is holding this month ;)

My Chick - Yep my little Charlotte at 4 months old. How teeny tiny was she and OMG how much does her and Adam look alike. Soooo heaps of the new lines from MLSB plus an older one thrown in also

What If - This was done for SIA back in May for the Scrapware booth, using quiet a bit of October Afternoon I tell you I never get sick of their papers. Plus a toooo cute Kittyrobot button

thanks for taking the time to stop by

Paperific Shares :)

Lucky enough for Ang to ask me to do a couple of samples for the Scrapware booth at Paperific in Melbourne..... I was sent a sweet little parcel full of cute chipboard to play with, quickly scrapped and had to express post back down to her.

Beautiful - My beautiful little girl, have used a couple of pieces of Scrapware on this, the title, the gate and the corner (which is actually a frame cut diagnally) some paint, glimmermist and crackle paint :) used the Halloween line from Echo Park for this ;) did you spot that awesome Kittyrobot button too

Remember - my sweet little boo at 3 days old, how he has grown, Scrapware words, flourish frame :) and butterflies which I have folded the wings up and sprayed with HEAPS of glimmermist and heated to get them to keep shape. Lots of Websters Pages love here too :) Worst part about these photos is that you can't really see the depth in this, I've added so much foam tape that this looks almost like a shaddow box

let me know if you saw these on display

SBM Celebrate Competition

I created this for the Scrapbooking Memories Celebrate Competition.

If you attended the Papercrafts convention in Brissy you would have seen this hanging on the wall :)

Well as I didn't receive any phonecalls I'm guessing I never won anything from it. bugger. That money would have come in handy about now.

Anyway I just wanted to share :)

Used alot of Prima, Hambly, Websters Pages, Pink Paislee and Scrapware. Really some of my FAV products right now

Something Exciting ................................

......................

Coming Soon
hehehehehehehehehehehehehehe

in the mean time

I've created a little bit, this first layout has been sitting on my table for nearly a week. I still don't like it. No idea why, just it's ekkkk, to me

Dreaming of Faraway Places - Bit of Sassafras Lass, bit of My Little Shoebox... Miss C, standing on the dirt pile which now is the home of  our new tank

Stop - Mr D, always running away, I have actually got hidden journalling on this but I forgot to take a photo of it. oops..... Anyway this one if for the June challenge at Kraft it Up and I've used the June Boy kit from Bons for this one. Gotta love simplicity and the awesomeness of Kittyrobot and Scrapware ;)

I'm currently doing the June Challenge for 1,2,3 Challenges. Starting to come together nicely I think. LOVING the photo I'm using

Also working on the July Room of the Month challenge for Bons too, hehehehehe, wait til you see it. OMG yummy

Well that's it for tonight, missing Underbelly

mmmmm Creation Time

I have been having sooooo much fun using the June Boy kit from Bons, I think there maybe a couple left so if you like what I've done you should head over and grab yourself one :) Even better they have worked in great with this weeks The Color Room Challenge too, double bonus :)

Can't Resist - love this little pic of Char and Deacons Feet.... so grotty, but shows just how much time and FUN they have outside. Oh and Chars cute big thongs :) Also this is Palette #10 at The Color Room and my take on the Creative Scrappers Sketch

Cute and Cheeky - Used the back of the Basic Grey sticker sheet for this. YAY no waste here. Little bit of Kittyrobot (gotta love that house) and some new Scrapware. Honestly how cute is that photo of Zac, he has the most fantastic eyes

Growing Like a Weed - :( my baby boy is growing up WAY to quick. Right now he is a shocker.... hasn't been sleeping very well. Max of 4hrs at a time, up 2 times a night. Mummy is exhausted. Added a little more Scrapware on here too, the clouds which I covered in felt and the birdy which I've painted, inked and added a touch of glitter to on the beak.... LOVE this... and can I forget that AWESOME fabric Kittyrobot button... I'm soooo in love with those fabric buttons right now

Lovin U - another using that cute pic of me and my Mr Dea. This was my take on The Color Room Challenge from a few weeks ago, sketch and all :) Love the simplicity

You Love Him - Welllllll, this was suppose to be a 12x12 but I ended up hating how I did the title in the top corner, so I ripped it off and was going to have a big feature corner but hated that too. All I can say is Yay for condensing everything into the bottom corner, I was able to cut this down to be a 8.5x11 and still keep it looking good. This is also my take on the June Sketch over at Bons, you should go and check it out. Charm has come up with a very awesome Sketch. Little bit more of the newest Scrapware chipboard too. Right now I have a thing for glittering everything :) yay gotta love some bling... Did you see how I cut that woodgrain button in half to create a bit of a scallop and then tied it together for a funky feature....

Well that is my Bons Scraps Love for the moment, I still have enough of the kit left over for atleast 2 more LO's really how cost effective is that. I do have upcloses for the other layouts but right now I cannot find them..... oops

Hope everyone has a fantastic Tuesday

woohoo

Exciting News Part2

At the end of last year I was asked by the gorgeous girls at Websters Pages if I would like to do a guest spot for them.... Honestly how could I say no. I love Websters products since I first had a play with them just over 2 years ago.

I feel so honoured and blessed that they asked me and that they think my work is inspiring enough for them to showcase.

A package turned up last month filled to the brim with fun and exciting product, I'm very much in love with the bloomers and really need to get some more in the other colours. There are fantastic you can leave them as they are or cut them up..... LOVE

I thought that I'd share my projects with you :) plus you can pop over HERE and see what the Design Team did, they were given a couple of my older layouts for inspiration....

Breathless - Using a photo of Charlotte that I took the other week, she looks so old and wise here. Not smiling yet not frowning either. This is a good way to use up 'scraps' just those bits of ribbon or paper that you've cut and disgarded.

Brotherly Bond
- yep I know scrapped this photo before but I just love it. I cut the border from the diecut paper for another Layout but loved how it looked like this.... HAD to use it somewhere. Just a very quick and simple one of my boys

Fly Free - I wanted to do something a little different to show that Websters isn't just for those vintagey, distressed projects. Needed to grunge it up a little. Lots of paint, ink and glimmermist. Some Calico thrown in for good measure and chippy too.

Love The Way - Deacon will constantly shaddow Char and Zac. he loves them and always wants to be a part of the mischief they are up to. I cut the bloomers up to separte them combined with the glitter sparklers they decorated my tree. something a little different and pretty. Along with one of the fabric fancies for my title :)

Through Charlottes Eyes - really this is through Charlottes eyes, she took the photo :) gotta love a girl who knows how to work your 50D. A little fun, worked off the colours here love these deep reds and the yellow to add a little pop. LOVE the letter stickers also. Come in such a huge range of colours.

Us - Had to do a distressed layout, couldn't not. More photos from Luke and my wedding over 6 years ago now. wow....... Wanted to do something a little different with the pink trim.... so I rolled it around itself and formed a flower was so quick and easy and with one of the sparklers in the center just perfection :)

well that's it for the moment....

hope to have a scrappy night, got a couple of things I want to get finished then its free scrap time for me YAY

Hope you liked how I used the Websters
