Not a black eye, it was a blue nose ;)

I've been ever so good and completed assignments and almost up to date with DT commitments so I thought I'd give myself a little scrap time so I thought I'd have a go at the 123 Challenge this month.....

You're Just Too Much of a Bruiser Boy - Dea after his face plant to his bed. It looked soooo sore and he is still a little bruised now. Hardly cried, said it didn't hurt, I'm surprised he didn't break his nose to tell  you the truth. Playing around with some Sass, Prima, Pink Paislee. Was great to just pull out random products that fit in with the challenge. Think I covered all the criteria too :) see you can do flowers on a boys layout and it looks cool ;) lol.

Get Picky - Feb

Well the end of February has come and gone, ekkk and I still haven’t shown my Feb Inspiration example for Get Picky.

Our Day – Our wedding day, almost 7 years ago now. So hard to believe as it’s gone so fast. Beautiful photo to take inspiration from this month, you need to go and check it out. Also a HUGE shout out to Pink Paislee for sponsoring the DT. We were incredibly lucky to receive such a gorgeous pack to use.

Get Picky, Feb Sketch

The February Sketch at Get Picky went live on Tuesday, such a fun sketch which you should all try ;)
We were very very lucky to be sponsered by Pink Paislee this month :) :) :) so fabulous for me cause I love Pink Paislee and to top it off both Tanya and I had our Get Picky Layouts showcased on the Pink Paislee blog

Girls Day - Charlotte and I had a day out, just us, no boys allowed, its something that rarely happens and something we both enjoy. Girly shopping, cappas, cupcakes, all fun things to do with my baby girl. I added a few other bits and pieces on this, some Prima flowers and Tattered Angels Glimmer Glaze, such a fun product.

thanks for taking a peek

Get Picky

Awesome awesome awesome inspiration photo for the December Inspriation Challenge at Get Picky
I went far away from the christmas theme and did my own thing ;) now does that surprise you much. lol

No More - I think Adam is truely over having the camera in his face. Most photos of him now he's crawling away, or not looking anywhere near me. Used a few of the older ranges of Websters for this one. LOVE that aquaish paper in the background. the colour is perfect. I'm thinking that I have a banner obsession of late too. hehe.

Materials: Card: Bazzill; Paper: Websters Pages; Other: Websters pages stickers, American Crafts thickers, Tim Holtz tape, Pink Paislee tickets, string, staples, pen.

Thanks for stopping by, I do hope you check out the challenge and have a go

Top 13 ;)

I've seen a few of my scrappy friends do their Top 10 of 2010 or a month by month of their favourite layouts. Well I couldn't decided on just 10 and I found some months that I actually didn't really like any of the layouts I did. Well shouldn't say that just not rating as favourites, plus some are out for publication too.

Ok sooooo my tally for 2010 was
Layouts - 210 (I found one I didn't count the other night)
I honestly didn't think I scrapped that much, some weeks I do NOTHING.

Here we go my favourites

Photoshoot at Home
(Published in Aussie Gallery in Creating Keepsakes)
Love that its simple and focused on the photos but still has details

Cheek
Adore the colours in this, the simple style mixed with messy splatters and lots of 'bits'

Footy Boy
(featured on Pink Paislee Blog)
LOVE the colours in this too, plus all the edges, the angled photo and style again

Joy
(published in Scrapbooking m.m)
this is a layout that I don't think I've shared at all. this was for a sketch challenge I was asked to do for the magazine. I do think my favourite part is that photo

Love the Way
(Websters Guest DT June)
I love the calico, the cut out diecut, the stamping and my tree. Feels so long ago when I took this photo

Me Right Now
(Published EntreArtiste)
Another that no one would have seen, LOVE LOVE LOVE this colour combo. I know I've done a few layouts using this same combo.

Our Crazy Christmas Photos
(featured on Crate Paper Blog)
Love every single aspect of this, the colours, those flowers, all the crazy cheeky photos. Just everything

Peace
(featured on Prima Blog)
first time I used one of my hipstamatic photos on a layout again loving these colours too. I think they would pretty good for a baby theme.

Room for One More
(published in Scrapbooking Memories)
it's all about the colour and distressing here for me. LOVE it.

Sticky Mess
For me it's all about the details. love them :)

Mum Take a Photo
It's the aquaish colour here that grabs me. Plus the story. That's what matters most.

Up to No Good
Messy messy messy. LOVE it. plus the not perfect photos.

You Crack Me Up
(published in EntreArtistes)
With this its EVERYTHING. I think this would have to be my most favourite layout of the year.

Have you done a top layout post, link me up. would love to see yours

What Can I Share????

Only realised that I'm so behind in sharing a few layouts, hehehehe and here I was thinking that I had nothing to blog about. Oops

(Un)Happy Birthday - Poor Dea was just miserable when we had a birthday party for him. Using the AWESOME Pink Paislee Parisian Anthology. These papers are right up there as a favourite for me. So versatile. I created this for my first Step by Step for Annas

Weird Crazy Kids - Creative Scrappers Sketch 134. Using the fantastic My Minds Eye Fine and Dandy range. This was part of my DT Kit again from Annas. We took a few Christmas photos after we decorated our tree, way back on the 1st December. Well the kids were high on candy canes and went CRAZY. Was fun and I love the shots that I did get.

It's A Love Thang - Wow I really am behind, this was the Get Picky challenge for the end of last month. I actually made the biggest mistake on this but you wouldn't know. It started off just being the large photo of Charlotte. Hmmmm makes a lot of sense right, going a challenge for a MULTI photo site and I'm using one photo. Lucky I was able to print off a few smaller photos and adhere them to the bottom of the larger photo. hehehehehe. You do still have time to enter into this challenge too. Most beautiful Bo Bunny papers and Embellies.

Crazy Love - Another of my DT projects for Annas and again using the AWESOME Bo Bunny. It's hard to believe that these photos were taken back in July. How much the kids have grown up. Can't believe in a years time I'll be getting Zac ready for school.

FINALLY

So In Love - Right from the moment they met him they have been smothering Adam with hugs and kisses. Very lucky that I got this photo. Beautiful papers from American Crafts. Plus the most glorious embellies. SIGH.

I think that is all for the moment. I know I have other things to share but I don't want to ramble on and on ;)

Thanks for stopping by
